- Boil water and add black tea leaves (One scooped teaspoon per glass) and boil for one minute. I prefer Kannan Devan Tea leaves compared to Red labels and other brands. Teabags are really bad.
- Filter out the tea concentrate and add hot milk. Do NOT use milk powder as it tastes bad.
- Hot milk should NOT be boiled in milk cooker as it tastes bad. It should be boiled till it is about to guzzle out of your vessel.
- Add sugar to taste.
- Properly mix the milk and tea concentrate by pouring from one vessel to another (Not mixing with spoon) multiple number of times. Ensure that it does not get cold.
This is a collection of events i learned over the years, which would be useful for others to learn and prevent repeating mistakes.

Making Tea
Over the years i have tried simplifying the process of tea making and seeing which suits the best. I am speaking of Indian black tea and that suits "my" taste. Few of the "findings":

Black tea is supposed to be without milk.
Things I agree with :
1. Tea bags are bad.
2. A small change in the tea making process can have big impact on the taste.
Things I disagree with:
1. We can make good tea with milk powder too.
2. To prevent a drenched taste, add the tea dust only when the water starts boiling. (May be it's different if it's leaf tea).
Additional tips :
The art of exchanging the tea between two cups in a simple harmonic fashion is very important to get the blend. I prefer to do the filtering (if at all i do it) only after this SHM.
While pouring the tea to the cup make sure that you repeat the SHM concept.
If u go out there is two variety: green tea and black tea. Yes they have black tea with milk or without milk. No i have tried with milk powder of lot many brands at least i do not like it.
Yes i do the additional tip but forgot to mention it.
